The multi-column strip intelligent packaging productionline is a highly automated and intelligent packaging machine integratingmultiple functions. Itis widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, health care, and daily chemicalindustries. Bag forming: The bagforming sectionof the multi-columnstrip intelligent packaging production line usually adopts advanced film forming technology.Measuring and Filling: Suitable metering devices are adopted to achieve accurate dosing accordingto material characteristics andpackaging requirements. For powdered materials, an auger metering device is commonly used; for granularmaterials, a volumetricor gravimetric metering device is available;for liquid materials, a liquid metering pump is applied. The measured materials areaccurately filled into formed bags through the feeding device.Sealing and Cutting: Filled bags are conveyed to the sealing unit, which adopts heat sealingtechnology. With heat and pressure, theplastic film at the sealing area melts and bonds togetherto achieve airtight packaging. Aftersealing, the continuous bags are cuttoapreset length by the cutting device to form independent strip-packed products.
