Work process:

1. The feeding device, consisting of an in-bottle conveyor belt, a horizontal-to-vertical bottle inverter andan acceleration conveyor belt;
2. The inspection area, where the inspection stations are divided into two parts. The first group of stationsadopts an inspection method from bottom to top, mainly inspecting the filling volume, black and whitespots on the bottle body and bottom. The second group of stations mainly inspects the appearance of the
bottle top, sealing and seams;

3. The bottle ejection section, composed of a reject conveyor belt and an out-bottle conveyor belt. Therejection can achieve classified rejection.
