MAIN CHARACTERS

1. By using multiple CcDs for repeated quadrant overlap detection, the rate of missed detection is extremelylow. Under normal requirements, the detection accuracy rate is 99.5%.

2. It can accurately detect various internal or external defects of the capsule, such as: split, sleeve ring, dirt,small hole, empty capsule, foreign body capsule, half-filled, top concave, etc.

3. Especially, it can detect printing defects.
4. The powder leakage of a capsule during operation will not affect other capsules, and it is very clean andconvenient.
5. When combined with a vacuum feeding device, it can achieve unmanned operation.

6. Equipped with high-speed and high-precision industrial CCD and industrial computer, the equipmentoperates stably, with a detection speed of up to 200,000 capsules per hour, and can run for 24 hours.
