DETECTION FUNCTION

(1)Powder compact defects: Visible foreign substances on the surface, such as glass, lint, black spots,etc.; broken, product discoloration, liquid-like state;

(2) Bottle cap defects: Presence or absence, damage, dirt, scratches, dents of plastic and aluminumcaps, missing rubber stoppers, position, etc.;

(3) Bottle body appearance: Cracks, scratches, damage, bubbles, and contaminants inside andoutside the container, etc.;
(4) Empty bottles.
(5) Sealing defects: Poor sealing of the product, air entering the bottle.

TECHNICAL PARAMETER

The specification parts include the dial, the grid, the bottle stopper plate, etc.When the product specifications change, the specification parts need to be replaced.
