YY-ZX600 automatic vertical case unpacking and cartoning integrated machine is a new mechatronic automatic case packingequipment developed by our company withintegrated advanced domestic and international technologies. Equipped with a 10-inchHMloperating system, the machine adopts 1-line4-axis or 6-axis robots for case packing. Itintegrates automatic palletizing, caseunpacking, case packingand case sealing functions. Itis also fitted with mechanismsforautomatic placementof top and bottompads and automatic insertionof qualification certificates.Suitable for automatic case packing of products in various specifications,the machine can operate standalone or be connected to upstream packaging machines. According to required packing quantities,itautomatically palletizes and arranges products of diferentsizes.After palletizing, packaged products are gripped and loaded intocases by a robotic clamping system The filled cases are then conveyed to the sealing unit for automatic sealing A powered rollerconveyor can be optionally configured at the rearto connectwith case labeling machines and automatic strapping machines forinline production.

It is controlled by PLC and operated via a human-machine interface, with functions including automatic counting, automatic
palletizing, automatic case unpacking, automatic case packing and automatic case sealing. The automatic palletizing system canbe adjusted according to the box size and palletizing method, with a packing frequency of approximately 10-12 times per
minute. Both the case unpacking and case packing mechanisms adoptservo-driven structures, which are stable and reliable inoperation.ltfeatures strong compatibility, and eachadjustable partis equipped with anadjusting handwheeland a dial gaugeforeasy operation and precise adjustment.ltis equipped with multiple alarm functions, including fault alarm, material shortagealarm and no-case alarm, to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
