Product Introduction:

This production line adopts a split combined design. Itis anintegrated machine fortray forming, tray loading, film covering,packaging and cartoning. Itis suitable for products with large and special shapes, including vials, ampoules, injections (powderinjections), oral liquids, medical devices, electronic products (batteries) and cosmetics.

Features:

The entire line adopts servo drive, realizing intelligentintegration and high-speed operation. Connected with the integrated machinefortray forming, tray loading, film covering and cartoning, thematerials are automatically picked up by servo manipulators andaccurately delivered to the cartoning hopper. The cartoningunitis equipped with multiple servo-driven material hoppers, which feedmaterials precisely onto the chain plates. Adopting a push-back structure and optimized ergonomic design, the cartoning unitensures easieroperation.The workingarea of the whole line features a platform structure foreasy daily cleaning. The transmissionarea is enclosed at the rear of the machine and separated from the working area, avoiding cross contamination.
