Flexible sealing technology 
Gentle sealing for paper-based stretch film / single-material recyclable film: The longitudinal seams are sealed by ultrasonic welding, while the transverse seams are sealed by the "flying heat sealing unit" to prevent damage to the paper material due to high temperatures. 
It can seamlessly switch between plastic film/paper film and plastic tray/paperboard tray, meeting both traditional and sustainable packaging requirements. 
2. Robots and Vision System 
Equipped with F4/T4 series picking and placing robots, together with a 3D vision recognition system, it can precisely locate the position, height and quality of the products, and automatically reject the defective ones. 
The robotic tools can be quickly replaced and support various product forms such as flat, stacked, and side-arranged. 
3. Efficient Changeover and Cleaning 
Format change does not require complex equipment. In some scenarios, the changeover time is less than 30 minutes. By replacing the traditional carrier chain with belt conveyors, cleaning becomes more convenient.
