MAIN CHARACTERS

The cleaning and drying process is divided into four stations:

Hot air blowing station: The bottle comes out of the water fine washing station and enters the hot airblowingstation. The hotair blowingstationadopts the company'sunique airheatingtechnology, anduses the hot air to blow the water attached to the outside wall of the bottle. The air nozzle adopts aunique shape design, which can blow the water on the outer wall of the bottle in an all-round andmulti-angle.

Compressed air blowing station: the bottle from the transition bottle tray is transferred to the bottleout of the bottle pan, into the compressed air blowingstation, compressed airuses clean compressedair to blow the water attached to the outside wall of the bottle and the bottom of the bottle. The airnozzle has a unique shape design, which can blow the water from the outer walland the bottom of thebottleinanall-round way.
Bottle out process: The bottleis completed by air blowing and sent to the cleaning machine throughthe bottleouttrack. Can beconnected to thenext process.
