1. This series of inspection machines uses high-resolution industrial cameras to magnify the inspected objects by dozens of times, enhancing the visibility of visible foreign matter.

10. The electrical control system adopts an Omron motion controller, where each motor outputs independently and accurately, ensuring precise and error-free motion positioning. This effectively avoids signal lag and delay caused by traditional PLCs using photoelectric sensors and trigger signals, achieving consistency in tracking speed and millisecond-level precision in camera image capture. This results in a qualitative improvement in inspection effectiveness and equipment stability.

13. The centrifugal bottle holder is made of high-strength alloy material and does not need replacement within two years of normal operation, significantly saving usage and maintenance costs.

Fault information will be immediately displayed on the control panel, and the machine will alarm and shut down. The overall machine height is perfectly suitable for general female operators.  
15. Additionally, the specialized optical path calibration method ensures that the fully automatic inspection system operates stably and efficiently.
