MAIN CHARACTERS

The fully automatic light inspection machine employs machine vision technology and automationcontrol principles. It uses mechanical methods to make the inspected products rotate at high speedand then brake instantly. It adopts a special light source system and ultra-high-speed precisionindustrial cameras to obtain a series of images of the inspected products. The company's self-developed intelligent image processing algorithm software system is used to compare, calculate andanalyze the images to complete the inspection of the products. The unqualified products detected areremoved by the actuator of the automatic control system.

Visible foreign matter detection: Based on the principle of machine vision, it goes through a series ofprocesses: "smooth bottle feeding -> high-speed bottle rotation -> emergency stop -> photo taking ->high-speed calculation -> sorting", to separate the products containing visible foreign matter from thenormal products.
The interior of the equipment uses a columnar structure, providing a large internal space that is easyto clean and maintain. At the same time, the transparent door design makes it easy to observe theinternaloperation status.
The slot design makes it convenient and quick to change the specification parts.The combination of light transmission method and light reflection method and light diffractionmethod is not smooth.
