MAIN CHARACTERS

The fully automatic lamp inspection machine employs machine vision technology and automationcontrol principles. It uses mechanical methods to make the inspected products rotate at high speedand brake instantly. It adopts a special light source system and ultra-high-speed precision industrialcameras to obtain a series of images of the inspected products. It uses the intelligent imageprocessing algorithm software system independently developed by the company to compare,calculate and analyze the images, completing the inspection of the products. The substandardproducts detected are removed by the actuator of the automatic control system.

This series of equipment is mainly composed of the following parts.

1. Bottle-injection section: The inspected products are conveyed by the bottle-injection conveyor belt to the bottle-injection pulley, and then transported to the inspection rotating platform;
2. Inspection section: The inspected products rotate at high speed, and are detected by multiple special light sources, forming multiple images for the processing system to compare and identify;
3. Bottle-outlet section: After inspection, the inspected products are conveyed by the bottle-outlet pulley. Using the swing arm, the qualified products and the unqualified products are respectively introduced into the receiving bottle trays.
